Located at the foot of the Dunbar toll bridge just off 10th street in Dunbar WV is an all new landing area for the Spirit of West Virginia. It boasts easy access an free lighted parking. Private charters are discounted for using this local facility. Dunbar was recently awarded a Federal Mainstreet Grant to improve the apperance of and develop the theme “City of Sternwheelers” designation. There are more authentic Sternwheel boats within the city limits than any other city in the world!
